Email Reports give you a regular snapshot of how your website is performing, delivered straight to your inbox — or to anyone else who needs to stay informed. Instead of logging into the dashboard every day, you receive a neatly formatted summary at a predictable time each morning. Email Reports are available on the Pro plan and above.

Delivery schedule

Reports are sent once per day at 7 AM in your account’s data region timezone: Your data region is set during account setup. If you are unsure which region your account uses, check Settings → Billing where your region is displayed.

Website Summary

The Website Summary report delivers a concise overview of your site’s recent performance. Each email includes:
  • Top stats — total pageviews, unique visitors, visits, and bounce rate for the reporting period.
  • Top 10 pages — the most visited pages ranked by pageview count.
  • Top referrers — the external sources sending the most traffic to your site.
Website Summary reports are ideal for sharing with stakeholders who want a regular read on traffic without needing direct dashboard access.
