# Teams: Share Analytics and Collaborate with Your Team

> Create teams on the Pro plan to share website analytics with colleagues, assign roles, invite members, and manage website access in one place.

Teams let you share your Betterumami analytics with colleagues, clients, or contractors without giving anyone access to your personal account. Every team member gets a role that precisely controls what they can see and do, keeping your data organized and your account secure. Teams are available on the **Pro plan** and above.

## Roles and permissions

Each member of a team is assigned one of four roles. Choose the role that matches the level of trust and responsibility you want to grant.

| Role | Permissions |
| - | - |
| **Team Owner** | Full access — create, edit, delete the team; manage members; manage websites. |
| **Team Manager** | All permissions except deleting the team. |
| **Team Member** | All permissions except deleting or updating the team settings. |
| **View Only** | Can view analytics dashboards only — no administrative actions. |

<Note>
  Only the **Team Owner** can edit or remove other team members.
