# Get Active Visitors — GET /api/websites/{websiteId}/active

> Return the number of unique visitors active on your website in the last 5 minutes. Ideal for real-time dashboards and live visitor counters.

Use this endpoint to display a live visitor count on your dashboard or public-facing website. Betterumami counts each unique visitor who triggered at least one event within the last five minutes and returns the total as a single integer. Because no date range is required, this is one of the simplest endpoints to call.
